This entry-point spiritual direction session is grounded in classic Catholic spiritual theology. The purpose is to provide personal guidance in the spiritual life, help you take stock of your situation, and discern appropriate next steps. Sessions are shaped by your specific needs rather than a preset agenda. This offering is designed as a way to experience serious spiritual direction before considering longer-term formation or ongoing direction.

Those seeking individual guidance in the spiritual life amid questions or uncertainty
Those who want a structured way to take stock of their spiritual life
Those discerning whether to pursue ongoing spiritual direction or deeper formation before making a longer-term commitment
